Who provides Bookglance

These project-specific terms cover Bookglance's web onboarding, web subscriptions and connection to the Bookglance app. The service provider is AURELLO CODE SOFTWARE GROUP LTD. For product or account support, email contact@aurello.app.

What your subscription includes

Bookglance Pro gives you access to the available book-summary library, visual cards, Smart Recall and offline reading in the Bookglance mobile app while your subscription is active. Summaries are learning content, not copies of the original books.

This website creates your learning path and handles your web subscription. Reading and recall take place in the app. You need a compatible mobile device and the Bookglance app. After payment is verified, connect your account with Google or Apple and sign in with that same account in the app. Google sign-in works on iPhone and Android; Apple sign-in is currently supported in the iPhone app.

Introduction and renewal prices

Prices are in euros and include applicable tax. Each introduction lasts one billing period and is paid, not a free trial. Your selected subscription then renews automatically at its stated renewal price until cancelled. The yearly plan is charged as one annual payment. Review the final order total, tax breakdown and next payment in checkout before paying.

Payments through Paddle

Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record for web purchases. Its Buyer Terms govern your purchase from Paddle. Available payment methods depend on your device, location and wallet setup. A preview does not create a subscription; a sandbox checkout is a test.

Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal

Cancel before the next renewal through the subscription link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle support. See our refunds and cancellation information for the applicable policy, support links and statutory withdrawal rights. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

How these terms fit together

The Aurello Terms of Service provide the general rules for using Aurello services, including personal use, account security and the requirement to be at least 18. These Bookglance terms take precedence where those general rules conflict with the Bookglance web service described here. General provisions about other products, virtual currency or lifetime purchases do not describe the Pro subscription sold on this website.

For web subscriptions, the Paddle purchase terms and our web billing, cancellation and refund information apply. App-store billing schedules and blanket refund exclusions in Aurello's general terms do not apply to purchases through Paddle. Purchases made directly through an app store remain subject to that store's purchase rules.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms or the referenced Aurello terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes mandatory rights concerning the supply and conformity of digital content or services, remedies for faults, refunds and applicable withdrawal rights. Any choice of Cyprus law or courts does not deprive consumers of mandatory protection or the right to bring proceedings in a court available under applicable consumer law, including protections in their country of habitual residence.
