Service provider

Bookglance is a service of AURELLO CODE SOFTWARE GROUP LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus. Aurello provides the Bookglance website and app and is responsible for the account, content and support services described in our policies.

Bookglance support

For help with your account, app access, learning content or a privacy request, email contact@aurello.app. For a purchase enquiry, include the purchase email or receipt reference so we can identify the transaction. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Web purchases and billing

Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record for purchases through Paddle Checkout. Your receipt identifies the Paddle entity handling your order. For payment, subscription cancellation or refund help, use the link in your receipt or Paddle support. Our refunds and cancellation page explains the applicable process. Purchases made through Apple or Google are handled by the respective store.

Terms and privacy

The Bookglance Terms of Service describe this project and its web subscriptions. They supplement the Aurello Terms of Service. The Bookglance web privacy notice explains this website's data processing alongside the Aurello Privacy Policy.

Authorities and users can contact contact@aurello.app in English about legal matters or to report potentially unlawful content. Include a link or other details that identify the content and explain the concern.
